Matthew 8:17
That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Esaias[1] the prophet, saying, Himself took our infirmities[2][3], and bare our sicknesses.[4][5][6][7][8][9]

- ↑ Our wounds and weaknesses. Jesus carried away our sicknesses, but he took upon himself our weaknesses. Jesus knew what it meant to be tempted and persecuted and to feel weary and come to the end of his rope.
